iPod is officially Apple's property

I don't like the idea of getting outdumbed when people ask me where they can get an iPod for Rs.200 ($4). Seriously, have these guys time traveled from the 18th century? If you've been thinking iPods are synonymous to handheld music players, you're so terribly wrong. iPod (along with iPhone, Macintosh, iMac, Macbook) is officially the property of Apple inc.
.
iPod only has four flavors (Classic, Nano, Shuffle and Touch), so you can't get that lime green Philips iPod. iPod Classic sells starting from Rs.13,000 ($249 in the US), Nano from Rs. 8,200 ($149 in the US), Shuffle from Rs. 4,200 ($79 in the US), and Touch from Rs.12,800 ($229 in the US). So, You can't get no iPods for $4, man!
If iPods aren't under your budget, get a refurbished iPod starting from Rs. 1000 ($25) or Go get an other brand of music players (Creative, Sandisk etcetara). And remember, iPods are officially Apple's property.

What's your story? Have you been thinking iPods as a general term for music players? or have any of your friends been thinking so?
